A team should not need to share one login for all invoicing work. CCERT Invoice supports separate accounts for people in the business, each with a role suited to their responsibilities.
Owners and administrators can manage settings and users, while other roles have more focused access for everyday work or viewing. Role checks are enforced by the server, and business records remain scoped to the tenant account.
